AFRICAN WOMAN This doll was made in a workshop with the wonderful Australian doll artist Pam Grose. She is constructed with a muslin body, which is then covered in cotton lycra,painted with gesso, then painted again with acrylics (I chose a golden bronze). This technique makes for wonderful sculpting opportunities and body details. I so liked her body that I "dressed" her with fancy ribbons and a macrame necklace, reveal as much of her body as possible. $150.00 $150 AFRICAN WOMAN

White Fairy This was the other choice for the Pam Grose workshop. She too was quite lovely, so I decided to make her when I came home...not as easy without the instructions,(and instructor), but I struggled through with help from a couple of the others who attended the class.
