Betty Boob is another spin-off doll from Elizabeth. A gentleman wanted a doll "just
like Elizabeth" only with no swimsuit, but a cut off shirt that showed her bosom, and bikini pants. (it was a birthday
present for the wife...I assume they are still married). Anyway I really liked her when she was done, so had to
make more. Her poem extolls the fun it can be doing house work, dressed as we please...thus the little duster in
her hand. Betty is sclupted in a knit fabric with seed bead nipples, articulated hands and painted nails. There
was a blonde version of her, but she sold right away.....I wonder why?

If you have ever been in a situation where you wanted to be "hands free" and purse free", but still have access
to eye glasses, money, business cards, etc. WELL, this is a fun solution. This beautiful 12 inch mermaid was created for
just that purpose! I made her to wear to a convention, then wore her at a museum opening. It's great when people ask, "Do
you have a card?" to be able to say, "Why yes!" There is also a "secret" pocket inside to carry money
securely. She brings a lot of attention and comments. The pattern right now is just for small "granny" glasses,
which is what I wear. If there is a call for the larger size I will work on a pattern for that. I have a couple of them
made up to sell also...some with the auburn hair and also blonde.
